“Juan” Orca – This artwork was painted for a very special family in Russia. They loved my “Kasatka” Orca painting but wanted a unique piece that would be hand painted by me to have a part of my soul and love presented within. The ‘inside’ is a view of Mt Baker from San Juan Island; hence that’s how I came up with the name. Every year for the month of June (Orca Awareness Month), I’m donating part of my profits from the sales of this and “Kasatka” art-print to a local Lifeforce Foundation. Killer Whale symbolizes family, romance, longevity, harmony, community and protection; and it has become a purpose of this artwork to support protecting orca whales and ensure their survival.
Comes complete with signature on the front.
My art prints are high quality and are professionally printed with archival pigment inks on a heavy weight, acid free paper very similar to watercolour paper.
